Here are some of the services offered with our rentals:

• Pontoon w/motor rental available
• Picnic tables, lawn furniture, and
fire pit included
• Fire wood available for a small fee

• Linens for daily bookings included
• Linens for weekly bookings $40
• Virtually all household amenities included
• Complementary coffee on daily rentals
• Phone message delivery

Procedures
The following are the basic rental procedures and stipulations
• Check in time is 3:00pm, and check out 10:00 Sharp!
• From mid June through August, rentals are available by the week only.
• All holidays require a 3 day reservation.
• Gun deer hunting season requires a 9 day reservation.
• 50% of your rental fee is required within 10 days of your booking
• Cancellations over 30 days prior to booking receive a refund (less a $25 service fee).
• Cancellations less than 30 days will be refunded only if we can fill the reservation.

Other Info
• We prefer personal checks or money orders for payment.
• Pets are not allowed in the Getaway rental.
• Pets are allowed, with approval, in the Bungalow rental.
• Smoking is permitted
• Please be courteous and respect the rental, neighbors, and surrounding area.
